There will be those days when we may have missed your location. Most often the reason for the missed pick-up is that there were traffic issues, an accident, construction, or some other event blocking the roads.  If you are missed, call our office to get up-to-date information about scheduled pick-ups. It is possible that for some unforeseen reason, waste management pickups are delayed and there is little we can do about it except to reschedule your pick-up time.
